Do I need prior experience to enroll?
No. We serve levels from A1 (complete beginner) to B2. We do a brief assessment to place you at the right level.
How long does the program last?
It depends on your goals and availability. Private classes are ongoing; group courses have a defined duration per module. Contact us for a personalized recommendation.
Are the classes live?
Yes. All private and group classes are live, via video call. Microlearning is asynchronous content you can use whenever you like.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — with 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule your class at no charge.
Do you issue a certificate?
We don't currently issue official certificates, but we do provide participation records for group courses and workshops.
Do you offer in-person classes?
Online classes are available worldwide. We also offer in-person sessions in Mexico City for short stays with specific goals.
How does the free microlearning work?
Sample materials are available on the site at no cost. Full pocket guides with practice exercises are available in our shop at a special price.
